 I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults utilizing a personalized mix of treatment modalities to fit your unique needs and desired treatment goals. I graduated with a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and I have had the privilege of almost 10 years of valuable professional experience across many different settings, levels of care, and diverse populations.  I incorporate a personalized mix of therapeutic approaches in my psychotherapy, through psychoeducation, processing, and exploring of patterns, thoughts, behaviors, and reactions to help you better cope with life. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT,  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Play and Art Therapy, and Meditation/Mindfulness,  I work with clients on their goals to manage a variety of concerns including, but not limited to:
