With human connection and the support of others, we can begin facing life’s obstacles head on while gaining new awareness into our true self. I understand the importance of focusing on the mind, body, and spirit and I look forward to helping guide you on a journey of self-discovery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 7 year of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to help guide my clients through a myriad of obstacles. With my training and experience, which includes training at the #1 Addiction Treatment center in the nation, I feel confident in my ability to help steer clients into a life that is more fulfilling and meaningful. I meet my clients where they are and use a variety of evidenced based practices in order to do so. Specializing in substance use, co-dependency, families affected by substance use, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, burnout, trauma, and secondary trauma.

I began my education at Kent State University, where I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I continued my education In Minnesota and earned my Masters Degree in Addiction Studies from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. Most recently, I completed post maters education through Walden University, specializing more specifically in mental health and trauma informed care.
