If you are an existing client, you can access your client portal here to complete and sign paperwork, request an appointment, and reschedule appointments.

Please note that this portal is not for emergency appointments or quick access to your clinician. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or go straight to your local emergency room.

If you are in need of speaking with your assigned clinician, use the method of communication that has been predetermined in your sessions.
